To be more precise, Iceland has three national parks, Sn\u00e6fellsj\u00f6kull, Vatnaj\u00f6kull, and \u00deingvellir. In the past, it had five national parks, but in 2008, the J\u00f6kuls\u00e1rglj\u00fafur and Skaftafell parks were merged with the Vatnaj\u00f6kull National Park. As for natural reserves, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iceland.org\">iceland<\/a> has four. Both the national parks and reserves feature breathtaking landscapes and unusual landforms like mountains, volcanoes, lava fields, glaciers, waterfalls, geysers, hot springs, etc. They also have booming plant life and diverse wildlife.
